Magnetic properties

When the magnetic field strength is 1×105/4π A/m, the relative permeability μr is tested and determined as follows according to whether or not the user requires a magnetic gradient. (Special instructions must be given at the time of ordering; if no special instructions are given, it is deemed that there is no requirement for magnetic gradient). 1) No requirement for magnetic gradient: 2pcs/batch, each analyzing 1 magnetic permeability performance, the sampling part is 25.4mm from the surface (recorded as μr (25.4)), μr (25.4) ≤1.008. 2) Requirement for magnetic gradient (magnetic gradient ≤0.05μT): Applicable forging material specification range φ80-280mm.
